Samuel has extensive experience in the capital markets and banking sectors, advising domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on structured finance. His practice encompasses the structuring and placement of securitization transactions and investment funds, as well as the incorporation and capitalization of diverse investment vehicles. Samuel also has significant expertise in corporate finance, project finance, M&A negotiations, and private equity & venture capital investments. He is highly skilled at navigating complex regulatory environments, regularly interacting with regulatory and self-regulatory agencies.
Additionally, Samuel advises on debt restructurings and a wide variety of banking and financial law matters, including payment systems, real estate finance, and agribusiness finance.
Before joining Fialdini Advogados to lead the capital markets and banking practice, Samuel worked at two of Brazil’s largest law firms, Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Mattos Filho Advogados, as well as at a major financial institution.
